I’m Hamed Abdelkariem, a Performance & Growth Marketer and Media Buyer with 4+ years of experience across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. I work with E-commerce brands on increasing sales and scaling their businesses, connecting paid media, creative strategy, offers, and business data.

One result from my work: a brand increased monthly sales from approximately EGP 2M to EGP 6M in September. That work connected advertising, content, and offers with inventory planning and order fulfillment.

Before scaling, I look at customer acquisition cost, average order value, contribution margin, and operational capacity. I test systematically and increase budgets based on business results. My Software Engineering background shapes how I work with data and solve problems.
